What is supervision? Supervision is sometimes described as coach-mentoring. Experiential learning is at the heart of supervision. It is conversation-based learning between two professionals – a working alliance.
The objective of this alliance is to give the best possible service to clients.

Why do I need a supervisor or coach-mentor? Primarily to develop your competence as a coach. Having the opportunity to reflect on your work, and talk through tricky client issues to explore different approaches will help both you and your clients.

Having a Supervisor helps you to gain Professional Work:  Increasingly, organisational buyers of coaching are specifying that external coaches working for them should be in regular supervision.
Achieve Professional Accreditation: Many professional coaching bodies are now either insisting or advocating strongly that members receive regular supervision.
